Office Hours & Appointments You can reach our office at (419) 843-7800. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., by appointment only. In the event that you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can accommodate other patients' needs. Telephone Calls Should you have any questions or concerns, please call us. Trained members of our staff, who in most cases can answer your questions, will handle your call. The physicians are also available and would be happy to speak with you if staff members cannot handle your problem or question. After Hours/Emergency Calls If you have an emergency after regular business hours or on weekends or holidays, please call our office and you will be directed to our answering service, which will relay your message to us. We will return your call at the earliest opportunity. If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest medical facility, and ask the emergency room to page your physician so that they are aware of your condition and can coordinate your care. Prescriptions and Refills Please request any new prescriptions or refills during regular office hours before 3:00 p.m., or your request will be handled the next business day. Please follow our instructions carefully in regards to any prescribed medications. Most medications for chronic medical conditions require periodic monitoring to ensure safety.
